Bumble is a dating Application that has attracted more than twenty million followers. The App is famous for its feminist tactic to its available dating process. The company expanded its operations by launching Bumble Bizz and Bumble BFF. Bumble and Tinder were the fourth and first most liked dating applications respectively as of 2016, April based on the research conducted by the Monthly User Base.

Bumble went to court to file a lawsuit against Match Group. The complainer claimed that the defendant interfered with the business operations of Bumble. The complainer asked for a damages compensation of $400 million. Bumble tabled its claims alleging that Match Group fraudulently stole Bumble’s secrets of the trade. The Bumble Company accused the Match Group of killing its chances to sell equity or maybe the whole company.

Bumble Dating App also alleged that Match Group used its capability as a possible acquirer to get private information of Bumble businesses at the time of diligence for competitive motives. This lawsuit that was tabled in United States District Court in Dallas, Texas has appeared to look like an ugly war between Bumble and Match Group. The Bumble Company has in its responses branded Match Group a Bully and keeping it that Bumble will never be acquired by Match Group. To harden the drama, Bumble Chief Executive Officer and founder also had filed a sexual harassment case against Tinder, a company that she co-founded.
