The Rice of JHSF under the Control of José Auriemo Neto

JHSF is a leading real estate company in Brazil whereby they specialize in developing shopping malls, gastronomy, hotels and other real estate projects. JHSF commenced its operations in the year 1972 and was formerly known as JHS before it became JHSF in the year 1990 after it was split into two. Previously, the company’s activities involved offering construction and incorporation services, but by the year 2001 JHSF expanded its operations by adding shopping mall development services. JHSF is recognized for the construction of the first shopping mall that is combined with a subway station in São Paulo known as Shopping Metrô Santa Cruz. Two years later, after completion of the mall, José Auriemo Neto, took over the leadership of the company as the CEO being the eldest son of the founder, Fábio Auriemo. Neto was only 27 when he became the head of the company and was able to lead it to high income and luxurious market. He went ahead to develop the company’s park division and learn more about JHSF.

JHSF has been able to develop many shopping malls, spacious condominiums and commercial towers in the country as seen with the Cidade Jardim complex which they launched in the year 2006. By the year 2007, they were able to create a capital of which they began trading their shares on Novo Mercado of Bovespa and BMF. Other remarkable real estate developments built by JHSF include Horto Bela Vista Complex in 2008, Fazenda Boa Vista and Catarina Fashion Outlet among others. As evidenced above, this company focuses on the development of recurrent income assets.
