Amongst various intermediaries in the market, today are the real estate agents, is Tammy Mazzocco.
Tammy Mazzocco’s real estate career commenced as a secretary with a commercial real estate company, The Edwards Realty. She provided her services amongst a team of nine agents. For the next seven years, she was in Scotland Yard Condominium. It is here she became a licensed real estate agent in 1995 under the influence, encouragement, and teachings of Ken Cook who owned Cook Realty. In 1998, she became a registered personal assistant in Columbus for one, Joe Armani. It is with him that she got to experience first-hand day-to-day operations of a highly placed and successful developer and real estate agent. This step was hugely inspirational to her that she made a career choice to venture into real estate on a full-time basis in 1999. Just like everyone else, Tammy had a mentor, Judy Gang, she was a team leader at Gang and Associates where Tammy joined in 2000, and it increasingly inspired her, and a friendship blossomed.

Her business idea she admits comes from extensive research, brainstorming and ultimately testing the idea.
Moreover, Tammy fancies working with well-placed companies that offer one-on-one appointments with customers as it increases her chances of convincing them and ultimately make her sale. She further confesses that her success can be directly linked with her ability to set achievable goals, breakable into action steps that are realized in the short-term, daily, weekly and monthly basis.
