Dr. Shafik Sachedina is a highly respected personality in the U.K. society, especially among the Ismaili community members. He played a vital role in expanding it to a 23 home network with his vision and strategies. Dr. Shafik Sachedina was born in Tanzania and moved to the U.K. to earn his dental surgery degree. He earned it from the reputed London University in 1975. In the next few decades, Dr. Sachedina was focused on practicing as a dentist and ensured that his patients were getting a unique service. Interestingly, he also collaborated with numerous healthcare companies and served various roles. Dr. Sachedina led various delegations to address the conflicts and issues of Syria and Afghanistan. He also became the President of Ismaili Council two times in the past.
